HOW TO GET A TAX I.D. # FOR AA GROUP BANK ACCOUNTS
1. The form SS-4 for non-profit organizations can be found at the IRS website http://www.irs.gov/. Enter "SS-4" (no quotes) in their site's search box. If you have no access to the web, call 1-800-829-1040 (toll free) and ask the IRS to send you Form SS-4 for non-profit organizations. Explain that you only want the Tax I.D. # for banking purposes. Give the IRS your name and address for mailing the form to you.
2. Fill out the SS-4 form. If you have any questions, call 1-800-829-1040 again and ask for help completing the form.
3. When the form is completed: Fax it to 1-801-620-7115. The IRS will send you your Tax ID # by mail in 10-15 working days or fax it to your fax number within 5-7 working days. Put that # on your SS-4 form's upper right hand corner and make a photo copy of it for your group's records.
4. Mail the completed form SS-4 (with your Tax I.D. # in the upper right hand corner) to Internal Revenue Service, Ogden, UT 84291.
5. You now have Tax I.D. # to take to your bank.
NOTE: It is always a good idea to check the IRS website for the latest version of the SS-4 form and the current phone numbers and addresses for submitting you form.

Saturday, May 11th - The Unity Committee will host the FIVE-COUNTY ZONE FUN SHOP from Noon until 4 pm at the Princetom Presbyterian Church at 933 Baltimore Pike in Springfield, Delaware County. The theme is "We are not a glum lot."
Sunday, June 23rd - The Unity Committee will host the UNITY PICNIC at Neshaminy State Park, Pavilion #1, State Road at Dunks Ferry Road in Bensalem, Bucks County. Swimming pool ($8 fee), fishing, and kid-friendly. Noon to 5 pm. (rain or shine) Speaker meeting at 2 pm. Please bring a covered dish. Please mark the date.
Sunday, September 15th - the Prison Committee presents A PRISON COMMITTEE WORKSHOP on 9/15 at Noon until 4 pm at the SEPIA Office. Come learn how to get a badge in all counties; the guidelines used in prisons; all aspect of the Prison Committee; Temporary Contact. There will be guest speakers. A donation of food/water/set-u[p and break-down will be appreciated.

Friday, May 31st - the DOYLESTOWN GAY MEN'S DISCUSSION group is celebrating their 31st anniversary at 7 pm (Food/Fellowship) and 8 pm (Double Speakers) at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 84 East Oakland Avenue in Doylestown. (Use entrance in the back of church parking lot on Pine Street).
CHESTER COUNTY:
Friday to Sunday, October 25th, 26th and 27th - the DOWNINGTOWN YOUNG PEOPLES CONFERENCE- will have their annual 37th year conference in northern Chester County on the banks of French Creek (about 45 minutes from downtown Philadelphia). Save the date!
DELAWARE COUNTY:
Sunday, June 16th - the BLUE MOON group of A.A. will host a new breakfast speaker meeting to be held on a quarterly basis at Drexelbrook Conference Center, 4700 Drexelbrook Drive, Drexel Hill (19026). Bring a covered dish, salad or dessert to add to the hamburgers, hotdogs, rolls and condiments provided by the group. Speaker at 6:30pm.
